Danielsen Construction and Energy Management performs a Green Home Energy Upgrade on Smith Flat Road, Greenhorn Creek in Angels Camp, CA.

Our energy efficiency upgrades included:

• Air sealed attic in master bedroom suite
• Air sealed attic in upper floor
• Sealed House shell to 1,700 CFM 50 from 2575 CFM 50
• Sealed all duct work to 97 CFM 25 from 660 CFM 25
• Installed controlled moisture ventilation in Master Bathroom
• Installed loose fill fiberglass R-50 insulation in Master suite Attic
• Performed BPI inspection and combustion safety to insure safe and proper system operations
